Small Group Fitness Training & Bootcamps

All of Maree's fitness training sessions and bootcamps are conducted at BODY CORE private gym and, weather permitting, outdoors in Discovery Ridge, SW Calgary. 

​

BODY CORE workouts incorporate bodyweight training as well as a variety of equipment to provide the ultimate results: TRX body weight suspension straps, battle rope, kettlebells, sliders, agility ladders, stability balls, resistance bands, dumbbells & barbells, pulley machines, and cardio machines.

Small Group Fitness Classes

For many people, working out with a friend or in a group can help with motivation and accountability.​ 

 

If you would like to bring up to 4 friends along for a fitness training class, I will create a custom package for you.

Fitness Bootcamps

My small group bootcamps are run in my private gym or outdoors, weather permitting. All training sessions incorporate cardio, strength, flexibility, and balance training.
