Helping people get over the hurdle

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment - it’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. That being said, the majority of people are not happy with their level of fitness. I get it; you don't live in a gym and you have a busy life.

It's not easy to commit to changing your body and your life. But what if you had someone to coach you with safe and effective methods, motivate you when you feel like giving up and to keep you accountable so you can stick to your goals? Once you take that first step, all you need to do is keep showing up.

I believe I can help you find the pleasurable side of fitness and nutrition. While there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far exceed the discomfort. 

Since starting BODY CORE in 2004, I have helped over 100 clients (male and female, ranging in age from 10 to 88, from beginners to elite athletes) achieve their fitness, strength and nutrition goals by developing holistic, customized plans of attack that people can stick to!

Personal Training

These truly private sessions allow me to focus solely on you.

 

We'll work closely together to set and achieve your personal goals; whether those be weight management, building muscle strength and endurance, or increasing mobility, flexibility and balance.

I have experience with all the "tried and true" methods to get you the fitness results you want safely and efficiently. I'll work with you to build a custom fitness plan that you will actually be able to stick to.

Group Fitness Training

 

For many people, working out with a friend or in a group can help with motivation and accountability.​  

 

If you would like to bring up to 4 friends along for a fitness training session, I will create a custom package for you.

Alternatively, you can sign up for one of my group bootcamps which incorporate cardio, strength, flexibility, and balance training.

These are run in my private gym, or outdoors, weather permitting.

Nutrition Coaching

 

In order to see changes in your body, it's essential to back up your workout plan with sound nutrition. Bodies are made in the kitchen, even more so than in the gym.

I'll work with you to improve your current nutrition, based on your lifestyle and goals. It's important to approach nutrition as a lifestyle change rather than a quick fix.

You won't believe how clear-headed and energized you'll feel, just from cleaning up your diet!

Online fitness and nutrition coaching is a great option for anyone with a busy lifestyle. 

 

This is a cost-effective and flexible way to start working towards your health and fitness goals.

My online services, through the Precision Nutrition Pro Coach platform, offers daily check-ins and simple habits that will help you stay consistent.

You do it when you want, from anywhere in the world, with the same personal touch that I provide all my clients.
